. Well, thanks to the experience that I’ve had, both in the past and now, with the Rookies, I can get a lot of inspiration and ideas from the sixties garage music, and get encouraged to write music for Warm Morning. They are two very different “projects”, but I think that they can coexist and interact. Warm Morning represents, for me, a free and natural way to write songs, experimenting input that comes from very different musical experiences.
. Are there any particular moments or situations from which you get your inspiration?
. No, there isn’t a particular moment….usually we’re inspired by everyday experiences, feelings that last just an instant but that can be remembered forever.
. Can you talk about you album “Feather”? What about the studio recordings, distribution…
. I think that it’s a very comprehensive record, that contains the “Warm Morning essence”. We meditated a lot on the songs, both in the composing stage and during production in the studio, which went on for five months.
